Ambassadors create original video content featuring the sponsored OpenELAB product. This can include product reviews, unboxings, setup guides, configuration walkthroughs, demos, tutorials, or creative project videos.
Content should be published on the agreed social media channels, such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms confirmed with OpenELAB before the collaboration.
In the content description, the ambassadors should post at least two links: one from OpenELAB's Affiliate Program for performance tracking and commission, and the other tracking link provided by the product brand(s). In this case, the audience can choose freely from the two sources.
There are two common collaboration formats:
Option 1: Long-form video + short demo video
Option 2: Short-form video package
Videos should be at least 1080p. Audio and visuals should be clear, the structure should be easy to follow, and the sponsored product should be shown clearly and represented accurately.
The video should usually be submitted within 14 days after the product arrives. The timeline can be discussed depending on the project scope and production needs.
If the content is not submitted or published within the agreed timeline, OpenELAB may ask for the sponsored product to be returned or handled according to the collaboration agreement.
Yes. Each sponsored video must clearly disclose the OpenELAB sponsorship. Normally, the disclosure should be verbal and/or visual for at least 10 seconds. The video can mention that the content is sponsored by OpenELAB, purchased from OpenELAB, or introduce the OpenELAB website or product landing page.

For selected creators, we will feature your channel, profile, and collaboration highlights on OpenELAB's website, social media, newsletters, and future creator/ambassador pages.
